Every effort is made by us to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, that's why we partner with UPS.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically be emailed a consignment number and the method of transportation. With this information you will be able to track and trace the progress.

All delivery times stated are in working days. Although we strive to provide accurate information on shipping, the delivery period stated either on ridemoto.com or advised by email or verbally should be seen as a guide only and can not be viewed as the essence of any contract entered into with ridemoto.com.

We shall endeavor to notify you as soon as possible of any anticipated delay in the delivery of your product and your order may of course be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch should the wait prove unsatisfactory.

All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Ridemoto shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by our carriers.

 

VAT & Customs Duties

Value Added Tax is charged on most goods and services within the European Union. UK VAT is currently 20% and is included in all product prices displayed on the Ridemoto website. We are required by law to collect VAT on orders dispatched to addresses within the European Union.

For dispatch to countries outside of the EU, VAT will not be charged. These packages will be assessed for import or customs fees, depending on the laws of the country concerned. You will then be liable to pay these import duties. For further information please contact your local customs office.

All non UK orders are subject to additional shipping charges if the quotation provided by our couriers is subsequently higher then originally quoted when the order was placed
